Pure Buttons headquarters is located at 2991 Interstate Parkway, Brunswick OH 44212.
If you are located in Ohio, you will get a free "local pickup" option when choosing shipping.
Our reception hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5:00PM but We now offer 24/7 local order pickup with our new outdoor pickup system.
When you arrive at our facility you will see signage and the pickup boxes on the west side of our building. The first two parking spaces are reserved for customers.
You will need to know the pickup box number assigned to you by customer service. You can find this in the e-mail sent to you when your order is ready for pickup, or in the shipping status on your order details page within My Account > Order History.
24/7 Order Pickup Instructions
1. Wake up the box by pressing the power button. Wait for the light.
2. Enter the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with the order.
3. Open the lid and retrieve your order!
If You Did Not Provide a Phone Number
At the time of placing your order in a pickup box, if we do not have a phone number on hand for you, your access code will be set to the last 4 digits of your order number found in your Order History and emails.
Not Sure Which Box?
If you are unsure which box to use, check your e-mail for a message from customer service.
OR within my account go to Order History > Details. Here you'll find the box number in place of the tracking number on your order.
If you cannot access either of these, the simplest option is to just try the last 4 digits of your phone number in all of the boxes.
Please call 800-710-2030 during reception hours to speak with customer service if you still need help. Someone can meet with you to retrieve your order.
Pickup Time Limit
If your order is not collected from the pickup box within 9 calendar days, we may pull the order and place it at our reception desk for reception hours pickup. We will send another e-mail to update you on the status and location of your order.
Not provided a box number?
Our 24/7 Local Pickup has proven to be more popular than we expected. While we work on expanding availability, some customers will still need to pick up their order in the back office during the hours of 8-5:00PM EST.
The order pickup email we send to you will either have your box number or directions to pick up in the office. Thank you for understanding.
