Nonreturnable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Pure Buttons printed Gift Cards and eGift Cards ("Pure Buttons Gift Cards") are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of Pure uttons Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

No affiliation with Pure Buttons. Use of Pure Buttons's name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of Pure Buttons Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Pure Buttons Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Pure Buttons or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.
Compliance with laws. By purchasing Pure Buttons Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to Pure Buttons that the activities in connection with which the PureButtons Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Pure Buttons Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Pure Buttons. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Pure Buttons Stores, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the PureButtons Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Lost or Stolen Gift Card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. PureButtons.com LLC shall not have liability to you for (i) lost or stolen Pure Buttons Gift Cards or (ii) use of any Pure Buttons Gift Cards by third parties through your PureButtons.com account. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your PureButtons.com account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.
Saving Pure Buttons Gift Card Information. When you purchase a Gift Card on PureButtons.com a copy of the card is available for reference and download in the Order Details within My Account > Order History. You can access your previously purchased cards this way at any time, even after the codes have been used.
Pure Buttons Gift Card Balance is an Estimate. The balance you see when viewing Pure Buttons Gift Card balances online or receive by calling 1-800-710-2030 is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase online or in stores, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
Pure Buttons Gift Cards Do Not Expire.
No Service fees are charged in connection with these Gift Cards
