If you got a shipping notification and your tracking number is not working, don't worry! There's a reason.
Solution: Wait until after 8pm EST.
Our shipping department packs orders for delivery at all hours of the day, so when an order is packed for shipping, a tracking number is generated. However it isn't until UPS or USPS comes to pick up and scan the orders into their system when the tracking number is registered and trackable. This usually happens in the late afternoon.
Your package is still on track for delivery in the timeframe quoted unless other circumstances prevent it.
If it has been over 24 hours since you received a tracking number and it still has not updated, please contact us so we can investigate further.
